Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

PadParty (“we”, “us”) is operated from Australia. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

The short version

  • You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name or email to play.
  • Your settings, best scores and saved games are stored on your own device, not on our servers.
  • With your permission, we use cookies to measure which games are played and to show ads that keep the site free.
  • You can change your cookie choices at any time: .

Information stored on your device

To make the site work, your browser stores a few things locally (using local storage and the browser cache):

  • your settings, such as light or dark mode and any controller or keyboard remapping;
  • best scores and high scores in games that keep them;
  • games you choose to save for offline play;
  • your cookie choices.

This information stays in your browser. We can't see it, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Controllers, keyboard and touch

Games read your controller, keyboard and touch input inside your browser so you can play. That input isn't recorded or sent to us. Your browser may show us a controller's model name so we can display the right buttons; this stays on your device.

Our Chrome extensions

Some of our games are also available as Google Chrome extensions. The extensions collect no personal information, ask for no browser permissions, contain no ads or analytics, and never send anything to us or anyone else. Everything the game needs is packaged inside the extension. Your best scores and settings are kept in the extension's own storage on your computer and are deleted when you remove the extension. The "More free games" link opens this website in a new tab, where the rest of this policy applies.

Analytics

If you allow analytics cookies, we use an analytics provider to understand how the site is used: pages visited, which games are started and finished, how long sessions last, and general device, browser and country information. We use this to decide which games to improve and build next. We don't use analytics to identify you personally.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads, which is how the games stay free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Some games may show an ad between rounds or offer an optional ad in exchange for an in-game reward. Those ads come from Google under the same rules.

Children

PadParty is a general-audience website and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you're a parent or guardian and think your child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Overseas providers

Our hosting, analytics and advertising providers (such as Cloudflare and Google) may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that protect information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.

New features

If we add accounts, online play or voice chat in future, we'll update this policy to explain exactly what those features collect before they go live.

Your choices and contact

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or make a privacy complaint by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. See also our terms of use.
