Using the site
PadParty offers free browser games for personal, non-commercial play. You're welcome to play, share links to games and record or stream your gameplay. Please don't:
- copy, re-host, frame or sell our games, artwork or code;
- interfere with the site, its security or its ads, or try to access parts of it you're not meant to;
- use bots or scripts to scrape the site or manipulate scores or rankings;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.
Our content
The games, artwork, names, logos and code on PadParty belong to us or are used under licence. Some games and tools use open-source software, which remains under its own licence terms. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of any of it.
Ads and links
The site is free because it shows ads. Ads and links to other websites are provided by third parties, and we're not responsible for their content, products or services. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.
Availability
We work hard to keep the site running smoothly, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be available, error-free or work on every device or controller. We may change, add or remove games and features at any time.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to resupplying the service.
Future features
If we add accounts, online play or chat, additional rules (such as community guidelines) will apply to those features, and we'll show them before you use them.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
